For those of you who don't know I am Falkirk's SRCA Rep.
If anyone has any questions or info relating to the Falkirk round or the SRCA championship then email me them at falkirk.rep@srca.org.

You can pass on to the SRCA head honchos that Kirkcaldy's rostrum was gash. Perhaps future rounds will require racers to bring their own buckets!

There were options in that situation, either go to Benarty which no-one fancied or stand on the floor which would have been worse!!
You just have to **** with the c**k that you've got unfortunatley, and as I said it was better than nothing.
Although I will agree it as not great, but that has nothing to do with the "SRCA Head Honchos" all they provide is the series organisation and central booking, what you just said is like blaming Blair or Isobell for a poor track layout at Falkirk one night.

Well if it's not the SRCA's fault then someone is missing some vital orginisation
Another thing I noticed was that after the club rep meeting before the finals, our "rep" was sitting in the pits :x and no one bothered telling us what was happening  You must have great hearing to be able to participate in a meeting from there :D
Apart from that it was awell put together round, the round by round was different anyway. Still don't like it much :(
Oh and the crappy speakers, that resulted in Derek standing in the middle of the track, me hitting him quite hard and making a hole in my shell  What was that all about????

It was called before the start of the finals, you probably didn't hear it waaaaaay over the other side of the track  I went over and asked your dad about it after and he said it was nothing much 8)
As for the track incidant - it was at the end of practice.
The story goes that the session had been called to an end, but I never heard anything even though I walked past both Derek and your dad heading for the rostrum with my car, and neither said a word. There was still a good few drivers on the track so I thought everything was as normal.
Next thing I know I'm following a group of cars round to find Derek right smack bang in the middle of the start/finish line. I didn't even see him on the track and a good few cars piled right into him - myself included - resulting in a hole on my almost new race shell, and buckling it so bad I had to go get the car as it was undrivable. He was very lucky he didn't break anything.
Is it so hard to go to the rostrum and say "hey guys, don't know if you heard but the session has ended". So so simple instead of causing a pile-up :?
No doubt he'll be on later to claim it was my fault

the sound system was shocking - not helped by all the generators that seem to have taken over recently -
