I've updated the site - but not the content of any of the pages (yet!). This will be added over the coming days.

You'll see the site is now focused against the club news. There's a wee problem with it at the moment. It works perfectly on my testing server but has intermittent problems on the live site - one to ponder ;) This will be updated more regularly and is now a weblog (rss) allowing us to do some pretty cool stuff with it. New news stories will automatically be posted in the club news section of the forums allowing everyone to comment on them.

There might be a few errors - let me know if you spot any!

A brand new version 3 of our site should be ready before the end of the year. This will be radically different from what we have at the moment.

Cheers.

Thats cool. I get the rss feeds sent down to my mobile which is pretty cool aswell.

Also set it up on Vista in the Sidebar.

The first page to get the new treatment is the constitution.

www.falkirkrcc.co.uk/constitution.php (http://www.falkirkrcc.co.uk/constitution.php)

We have 3 main features.

Quicklinks - these give direct links to related pages within the same section - e.g. the constitution fits within "club info" so all the club info pages are listed.

Downloads - gives a link to related files that can be downloaded and printed etc.

Feature Photographs - livens the page up a bit from all that text. These will be somehow related to the text.

Alan

I take it the wee problem is still there Alan, as I just tried to log on to the news section an it does not recognise user name or password; although I am logged on to the main site, or is that the problem I am having?  ;)

Malcolm - you shouldn't need to login.

You only need to log in if you have permission to post new news items which you don't.

Cheers.
