You sure its not too big, either in filesize or dimensions?

Try disabling your firewall and uploading.

i just link to a thumbnail from google images its the right size and has worked before

I can't get mine to work either as I've no way of editing it (the stupid lump of a laptop doesn't have paint!!!! :evil: )

Anyone having problems setting an Avatar should attach it in an e-mail to ballsie@falkirkrcc.co.uk and I will sort it out for them.

For a trial period - avatars can be 240 pixels (width) x 200 pixels (height) with a file size no larger than 24Kb.
