I could keep an eye on it but I don't fancy hanging around all night. I could also get there early on Sunday 8)

Cheers Ross but i think we'd prefer someone or some people to be there all night. As usual the response from the club has been crap so we'll leave it untill sunday morning.
Once again cheers Ross

Well, my car handled like a bag of sh*te all day but I still had a good time - burnt face and all!
Many thanks to Scott, Simon, Andy, Blair, Isobel, Stu and everyone who helped to organise the event.

Thanks to all who organised this event and to all who worked hard to make it work. the like of Scott,Simon & Andy deserve a special mention as they seem to have done most of the organising. A great job well done & I personally didnt see any complaing all day apart form a slight discussion at the start but I think it was all healthy debate. 8)
Also thanks to John for commentary it was good to know what was going on from someone who knew what they were commentating on.
I had a great day...that was after bursting a belt, wrecking a spur gear and forgetting to put a transponder in.......... all in sparate races.
got a great result for a first timer outdoors and enjoyed every minute of the day after the initial frustration.......highest out of all our club in modified cant be bad and I know before anyone says it must have been a fluke!!!
thanks all again for a great day and thanks to those who helped me with my mechanical failures you know who you are !!!!

Same here, it was a great event guys 8)
I think I had a mostly good day. A few tweaks worked and some didn't - but my first ever time in the A with a two week old car must be a good sign :D Just a shame I made such a mess of the final :x

I don't think I've ever had such bad luck with car problems before. Looks like I've got a lot of work ahead of me before Stonehaven!

I have to say well done to everyone that made a supreme effort to setup and coordinate the event. The day appeared to run very smoothly and almost everyone seemed to have a very enjoyable day. I say almost everyone as at the start there were the usual miserable suspects stuck in their self centred frame of mind displaying a lack of appreciation for the clubs efforts. There was really nothing wrong with the track. I guess you cant please everyone but at least the club pleased those that matter!
