Advise on buying Foam Tyres for the iGP

I need to buy foams for the Indoor GP, running a cyclone with either a oneway or diff up front, what shore do I buy ? do you run different compounds on either end ??? What makes are popular? Asking as I am a complete novice when it comes to foam tyres.
