Been on trying to look for a club near me and found this site :-D. does the car club still have meets ? as i need help on buying the right rc car :mrgreen:..seen a few on gumtree and ebay but not sure what roads to go down and also not wanting to buy a piece of crap :(. Glad this site is in my home town and cant wait for advice as yous'e guys no what there talking about and also can keep me right . feel like a young lad again as i had a shot of one last week and put a big smile on my face

Hi Jimmy,

The club runs on a sunday afternoon between 12 and 6. We racing 2WD and 4WD 10th Scale Electric Buggies. The best thing to do before you spend any money, is to pop along to the club some sunday afternoon and see what everyone is running. You'll get loads of friendly advice on what to buy. We race indoors throughout the winter on carpet and wooden floor. You will see some of the best indoor off road tracks anywhere in the country, we have lots of jumps/ramps etc. In the summer months we race outdoors behind the hall at Grangemouth.
