View Full Version : Finally finished my Yokomo buggy!

Been building this for a while.
Its a mixture of parts from the Yokomo MR4BC Special, MR4TC and MX4
Just need to get some titanium turnbuckles for it and thats it done.

Gonna try and run it at the Off Road meetings coming up in Ayr.
Should be good. I hope!

looks interesting kenny, but what is it exactly? it looks like old yok parts grafted onto a new style chassis. look forward to seeing it running.

It started life as an MR4BC that I got cheap.

Just picked up an MR4TC Special Graphite chassis &
Lunsford Titanium Turnbuckles.

Here is what its made up of -

MR4BC Wishbones
MX4 Carbon Front Tower
MR4TC Worlds Graphite Top Deck
MX4 Slipper & One Way
MR4BC Special Rear Graphite Tower
MX4 Rear Hubs (2deg)
Schumacher SST Rear Roll Bar
Associated Gold Shocks
MIP Gold CVDs
MX4 Wheel Hubs.

Thats a TC3"O" V2 Bodyshell.
The Yokomo MR4BC shell is £27!!!

The old shell sucked!

So got a new one painted.

New bits are:

Graphite MR4BC Special Chassis.

New red graphite rear shock tower from Exteme Racing USA.

Long wheel base kit.
