Right!

Numbers are low at the moment at the club and its the same hardcore racers that are showing up every week to race.

Where is everyone else?

I know a lot of people cant make it every week but we really need our members to show some support here.

Is there any reason why people havent been coming recently?

If there is anything that the club can change to improve things and get people coming back then Im sure it could be looked into.

Reply to this thread and lets get talking about it.

Well said Kenny!!!

Your club needs you all of you to come back in your numbers.

We had a great nights racing tonight on a technical track that seemed to please everyone and really brought out some great moves. For those of you who say you don't like wood come back again and try it again now that we are able to put together more interesting tracks as we are noiw more used to using the plastic piping. The tracks are now a combination of both piping and ropes.
There was nobody, even in the top heat, needing to use brand new tyres so the excuse of having to buy new tyres just to compete is actually unfounded - worn tyres work just as well unless they are absolutely shot and that takes weeks!!!

The racing was very close tonight but we need more numbers so c'mon get back to your club and lets get the numbers back into the 30s again!!!!

Remember there aren't many clubs that provide the variety of being able to run on 2 different types of surface every few weeks - so lets enjoy the great club we have and get back and support it !!!

Well said Stephen and Kenny, I totally agree it was some of the best wood racing I have seen in ages at the club.
Lots of nip and tuck overtaking and very few crashes even in the lower finals and heats; agreat nights racing for those that turned up.

Been working lots recently, but just started my permanent job so I will be back at some point

To be honest that stupid plastic put me right off at first... but I'm willing to give it a second chance

Unfortunately I've not even been able to see what the plastic is like!

Been spending far too much time down south with work - hopefully I'll get back racing at the beginning of next season.

Cheers.
