Looks like I'm going to be busy for the Falkirk round but I'll be at the Ayr one.

Chris - is it at the same place as last time?

John Lindsay

It's indoors this time, not outdoors as last time.

It's at Whittletts activity centre (same place as the West Coast Open which I hope you will all be entering also!!)

What about you john, are you & your pocket rocket of a little brother racing at the falkirk round?

What the ayr venue like for 230V supply or do we have to use 12V batteries??

Falkirk has 230V supply that can be used, you can also use 12V batteries if you wish.

Remember there is very little time till the falkirk meeting on sunday the 9th october so please get your entries in to me john_allan_6572@hotmail.com

Or by POST my address is on the entry form

John

I don't have a clue where that is

I'll try and get to the WCO if I'm free, and not at work. When is it?

John Lindsay

It's the 27th of November Ross!

John, I should be racing, but Allan is now a convicted rugby player or would like to think so anyway  His rugby takes place on a sunday so if theres a game on then theres little chance of him coming and racing.

:D I'd like to thank all who made the meet such an enjoyable event the first I have attended.
I especially thank Alan Hart for the wish bone and Alec/John Lindsay for the soldering jobs done for me.
Although it was along day for me I am definitely weather permitting going to Ayr for the return match; by then I hope to have partially mastered my now fast B4 Ha Ha, and I will get some spares for it, the ones I seem to manage to break or eventually will.
Thanks John and Chris must not forget the organisers EH!

It was a great meeting with a challenging track.

Really enjoyed it until I started having bother with my car, which really annoyed me as the car was going well.

After shredding 3 spur gears I decided to call it a day.

Will have the problem sorted out for the Ayr round.

Thanks to all who attended, it wasn't just the track & organisation that was good the people who race also made the meeting a good meeting.

I'm also glad to here people enjoyed themselves & I definitely think we'll be running more meetings in the future.

I have to say though, personally I was knackered at the end of the day just like my LOSI which didn't take kindly to hitting one of our little solid cones at almost top speed.

The results will be posted on the FRCC website (http://www.falkirkrcc.co.uk/) so if you want to check the results, lap times etc that you did, then keep an eye on the site over the next week or so

cheers

Had a great day guys. The first proper buggy event I've been to in a long time, looking forward to more indoor buggy racing over the winter period. A special thanks to John for running a fantastic meeting and to Chris for help with organising the event between Falkirk and Ayr.

Can't wait for the next round at Ayr, and looking forward to this weekend at Stonehaven, lets hope the weather is kind to us
