EMS prices have gone up!!!!!!!!

:cry: Our M8 Joaquim has announced the latest rates for example
A bodyshell was counted as ne 1000g, now as 3000g and costs $65
so he is no longer offering EMS

viz: NOTE 2: No EMS service available now due to insane adjustments in shipping rates in beginning of 2006.

that makes anything from HK exhorbitant so watch the UK prices now they will obviously rise I would think.

Malcolm, bear in mind that Joaquim (Walawala / Valavala for those that don't know) isn't based in Hong Kong; he's in Macau. He does send parcels VIA Hong Kong though.

EMS is the express shipping method, the slower shipping methods don't seem to be affected so much.

I don't see why UK prices would rise to be honest, there's no need for them to rise as UK parts come from UK distributers (usually).
