Yes you can.

It's going to be pretty difficult to control the use of pre-glueds as all of the sets on the list to look at are simply white dish wheels with tyres. I've chatted to the BRCA several times about this but as some people (including myself!) may use old sets of preglued tyres (maybe even 1 race old) then how can we be certain that they haven't been assembled with different inserts? It's pretty much a case of trusting the drivers, if anyone is caught cheating then they will be disqualified just like any BRCA event. We can however control the number of sets that people run on the day and it's not easy to test different inserts/tyres/wheels and assemble them without someone else noticing.........it wouldn't be a huge advantage anyway especially when we are allowing additive and warmers.
