Advice Please re batteries

While charging my batteries today,GP3700 after first discharging them to 0.9 I was watching them closely as the passed 3700,when the charge got to 3780 they started to hiss and crackle.I stop the charger immediately.What went wrong are the batteries past there best.The other four packs have charged without problem:cry:

The cells are venting.

Usually when they do that its time for the bin.

Perhaps its time you went lipo.
