Does anyone else think the prototype looks better than the finished article? Maybe its just a bad picture

No Kenny, the purpose of the thread is it shows the May (as Alan pointed out) prototype down to the released production model history; the link is to a japanese forum remember.
Go to the bottom of page one and you see the typical TRFand special pizza type box, plus its the release show pics which also show the history.
45th Shizouka 2006 pics, posted in a japanese forum.
Alan if you look at the box you will see TA05 TRF above the main heading TRF501X, to clear the confusion.
All this with out translation too, just good observation Kenny by me not you.
Oh and did you not look at page two where there is a schumacher exploded diagram, obviously not or you would have accused Tamiya of pinching their designs too.
Better luck next time M8

Alan I have edited the thread for you but I think you have missed the last few pics which show the production release box, that explains the TA05 TRF reference M8:grin:
Here is the link to Tamiya USA for you and Kenny, shows all the parts to be released and also that the Buggy is coming soon, typical that the states gets it later Eh

I can not see them releasing the parts with out the buggy can you?
Our friend RC Adviser has a preorder price of 46085yen for the kit, so he knows when its being delivered to him and how many he will get.
I rest my case Ha Ha
