In light of the decision at the AGM to allow the "Komodo" at FRCC in 2007; will this be allowed on the 17th ?

Cheers.

I've got a couple of questions

Will the winner be awarded the Tiegan Dunnachie Trophy?
What raffle prizes are being offered by SLM Racing & others - are the club supplying prizes?Cheers.

scotty

SLM will be giving some motors and cells and so on.I can't speak for everyone else. The only trophy on the day will be the Teighan Dunnachie trophy.I urge all members and their parents to try and get as many prizes for the raffle as possible. If we can get anything like last year we're laughing.
Thanks for your time.

Link to entry form is at the top of the thread.

Superb Scotty.

I'll make sure that I get some decent prizes from my end too.

Folk were very generous last year - hopefully it will be more of the same this year :)

Hi Guys and Girls

Can everyone please note the the above event takes place on Sunday 17th December, 2006, and there are no club nights before then. The next club night is in the new year (5/1/2007) I will be at Round 3 of the Carpet Champs on Sunday 3rd Dec. and will have plenty of forms with me. Please get one and send it back to me completed. It makes my day a lot easier on the day if all the entries are pre-booked (you don't need to pay for them just now, but i would be grateful if all could send in their forms)

On Friday night at the prize giving, two people paid me for the meeting and I only know who 1 of them was, I have forgotten who the other was. DW definitely paid! and I think that AB may also have paid - please let me know.

Good to see all the junior members getting their trophies last night, Well done to all.

I paid - will send you scan of my entry form over the weekend.

Cheers.

I gave you my entry Alex, will pay on the day M8.

I agree with you re: the young ones getting prizes, especially young Ryan, who has improved so much so quickly in his driving, and Frazer Leslie who as Scottie said has shown some of the seniors the way to behave, both of them are one of the first to help set up the track and help put it away on club nights too unlike others that just disappear; this is what the club and the sport needs for the future of the sport everywhere IMHO.
More thanks and encouragement to them and the parents for helping them too.
See you on the 17th

Alex Lindsay

Hi all

As John says above, these details would be great and I don't have any problem with getting entries that way. I would say however, if you could also send your details complete with your address and phone numbers - all the details as per the entry form/club database.

I am going to use this event as the basis for the reorganisation of the Club information stored on PC. Now for safety, I am not suggesting you put all your contact details down on here, but if you send them by e-mail to frcc@a4ets.co.uk this would be much appreciated.

I have attached a form similar to the membership form, and I would appreciate if you each could take a few minutes and fill in and return so I can get the racing database up to date. Just send it to the address below.

Thanks

I was expecting many more entries from FRCC Club members. If you are intending to run on Sunday, then please let me know as soon as possible.

Doors open on sunday morning at 06-00am and all who can turn up and get the track out with me will be greatly appreciated. We can't get in on saturday so it'll be all systems go on sunday morning but with the members that we've got we should be fine.
As for what track to run, i think the track that we ran at the very last carpet round was awesome as it was wide and very quick.Only my opinion but it was a good un.
