Guys,
I’ve raised this issue with our web hosts (again) after it culminated in the server that we are hosted on frying it’s motherboard and power supply on Monday.
In the interim period we are hosted on another server and will shortly be moved to a brand new Dell server – this will result in a little downtime but should be worth it in the long run.
The site hosting lease is due for renewal on Sunday so I’d threatened to move to another provider unless they came up with a solution. I’m pleased with their response and hope we can put these issues behind us. Last thing we want is for people to stop visiting the site because it’s slow / down all the time.
I must say, since we were moved a few hours ago - the server is performing like a dream!
