What Happened?

So friday was on the calander as a fun night, so i didnt expect a huge turnout. But i at least expected there to be a open door. Why was there no prior notification that the club wasnt on? I and about 10 others turned up to find nothing happening at all. People there, said there was no comment last week about the club being off (maybe this is wrong?), the calendar says fun night, theres no post on here or front page.

If people want to travel to the MMGP on friday, thats fine. If it means there will be noone to run a club night, fine. If a club night needs called off at last minute, fine. Just please let the ones who cant make it to weekend events, travel just to find a closed door on a friday. Even if there was prior notice last friday, I dont believe its that hard to leave a warning post.

The Calendar is incorrect, and there is a new version of the Calendar, I'm sure it was agreed at the AGM that the Friday before the GP the club would be off. However this new calendar has not been updated on the website.

We're not away at the MMGP, and didn't come racing on Friday night as we believed the club was off.

Thanx John i was under the same impression as you with regards to the calendar and can only apologise to all who turned up.

No problems guys. I was under the impression the club was on and we thought it was just that noone turned up to run it with all being in aberdeen. i guess seeing as you all thought it was off, theres nothing to be upset about.
Can you update the calander so theres no confusion in the future.
