can anyone tell me where to find free webspace to build my own site?

im trying to find it because they used to but they have been bought over by virgin media

I'd be surprised if they didn't offer something.

Most free webspace is full of unwanted adverts and stuff; best going with your internet provider if possible.

I thought about giving all FRCC members a few megs, but we don't have enough free space and bandwidth to do it justice.

i have just spoken to my brother in law (a web designer by trade) and he said he will sort me one out (yey free website) so i dont need to worry about html codes and the likes lol
