Hi Guys
Have just met the world of oople today after someone was talking about it at the weekend.
It looks as though a lot of information about the FRCC Buggy Club gets posted there when it should get posted here so members know when the club is on etc.
Can someone clarify what happens and why oople is used over this forum?
Cheers

Dave as far as i know, the oople forum is mainly used for the 1/10th Scottish Offroad series info. The buggies section on this forum is used regularly aswell.

Calm down smally the FRCC forum is the main forum used by the FRCC buggy section. I was only replying to an inquiry made by a racer asking about the sunday club surely that is not a crime.
You should maybe be more worried about the fact that the touring car club seems to be dying & concentrate your efforts on that side of things. It really worries me that the tourers has gone into such a decline.

The information if not in a calendar should be posted and the best place for that is here?
If we are going to lose members, I would rather they go to buggy racing than out of the sport completely and at the moment I feel that there is no information about the buggy club and when it is on and off.

Today I've had the best days racing in a long time, really good track and my car was quick. :-)

David you and Alex were given the information, by me in February as I was the one who updated 2009 main calendar, the task for 2010 would be yours or Alex's to do.
Since I have for medical reasons not been able to attend the club or the BUGGY Section of the club the onus lies with the main committee and website operative.
Once more I have to remind you that the sunday buggies are part of FRCC not a separate club as you infer.
Sorry:oops: for putting this in the public part of rhe Forum but you do not appear to read the committee section of the Forum properly as the information was not only emailed to you but posted there too.
End of my answer to your posting:roll:

I don't think this needed an answer a month later.
But as a reply, how do I when the buggy club is on? And if I don't know then new members won't.
I read every post within this whole forum. Some posts I do not reply to.

This is stupid....
All that is asked for is a simple spreadsheet or even a list of dates and on or off, of when the buggy club is on and not on, same as I have done for the touring cars for the ast three years plus. If that information is not forthcoming how could anyone update the master calendar (wherever that may be)? Just put a list on here for all to see, or is it a secret?

I have never received any dates for the buggy club or I would not be asking the question.
If you have the information please pass it across or ideally you still have permission to add dates to the main calendar.

You were both told that the buggy Club Section was on every Sunday, and any amendments to that would be posted on this section, so why it can not be posted in the main calendar beats me, especially as the member running that sections mother is the treasurer of the club and does attend nearly every Friday.
I am just an ordinary member who happens to be on the committee this year, as opposed to last year when I was secretary, so not my job this year as far as I am concerned.
Its also a little late in the year to be having this debate in my opinion as its nearly over as far as the club is concerned, for this years championships and to take enrollment fees for a year thats finished is ridiculous in my opinion.
End of my say and hopefully this thread.

Where are the amendments?
That is why this thread was created!
I dont get the bit about enrollment fees also.
