all committee members to have moderating ability?

can i suggest all committee members have moderation powers? this way every committee member has the ability to remove something they think is out of place or not appropriate for other club members to see

I think that would make us have too many moderators that way but I do think that the moderator position should be a commitee position.

I'm gonna sit on the fence on this one - I'm not 100% sure what I think about it.

my reasons behind this are that the committee don't think as one which is a good thing. it would just mean that anything posted on the forum that any committee member thinks would be better discussed behind closed doors can be removed and discussed by them without outside input. they can also keep there eye on all forum business good and bad. the forum is an extension of the club which is more widely viewed than the club itself therefor i feel it would be a benefit to the club.
